Yorkshire Exhibitors’ Group
Yorkshire Film Archives Seasons – Winter
WELCOME TO YEG
The Yorkshire Exhibitors’ Group was set up in 1991 to support and encourage cinema and film education in the Yorkshire region. We are the longest established exhibitors group in the UK.
WHAT DO WE DO
We meet on a regular basis: to network, to share news, to hear from speakers in the industry, to share good practice, and to tell members about funding opportunities. Over the years we have developed good links with personnel who are now at Creative England and the British Film Institute.
We think it’s invaluable to be able to meet up with like-minded and friendly people in our sector.
Many strong partnerships have been forged at YEG meetings over the years, leading to valuable collaborations. So whether you are an ‘old hand’ or a new to the sector, YEG is the group for you.
WHO WE ARE
YEG members include cinemas, film festivals, film societies, media conferences, art centres, film and arts development officers from local authorities, freelancers and film educators from the commercial, independent and voluntary sectors.
We are a not for profit voluntary group and our officers are:
Kathy Loizou (Chair)
